As President, Sean leads a team of dedicated professionals who share his vision of integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. He is passionate about educating clients on financial concepts and fostering long-term relationships that are rooted in trust and collaboration.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, and is actively involved in the local community. As a lifelong resident in Mesa, he remains committed to making a positive impact in both the financial sector and his local community.

Nancy Fleming
Founder, Vice President, CFP
As the founder of Fleming Financial Services, Nancy Fleming is dedicated to providing her clients with clarity and confidence about their financial futures.
In 1987, Nancy found herself a single parent living in East Mesa, where many residents were retirees concerned about making their money last throughout their lifetimes. Many of these individuals had been affected by the Great Depression in their younger years, and Nancy felt a strong sense of kinship with them as a single parent supporting children on her own. This connection fueled her passion for understanding the principles of secure financial planning, both for immediate needs and retirement.
Randy Saban
Advisor, Fiduciary
As an advisor at Fleming Financial Services more than 30 years ago, Randy began his career helping individuals and families build confidence in their financial futures through education, planning, and personalized guidance. He spent 25 years in the financial education industry, continuing his passion for helping people better understand and navigate important financial decisions. His focus is on serving clients through comprehensive financial planning and fiduciary guidance.
Randy earned his undergraduate business degree from Arizona State University and later completed his MBA, building the foundation for his work in financial planning, education, and client strategy. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to building long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and service.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and their four grown children, and looks forward to welcoming grandchildren into the family soon.
John Schaub
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, John brings his 15 years of experience in client services from various fields to our team. He is our man behind the scenes making sure our clients have a delightful experience with Fleming Financial Services. He works with our clients to assure that all the necessary documents are obtained and processed quickly so you can rest easy knowing that your retirement plan is in action.
Additionally, John handles our annuity operations, service requests, account inquiries and our client appreciation and educational events. He has a passion for process development and improvement and is always seeking opportunities to make your experience as excellent as possible!
John is married to his beautiful wife Beth and they have 2 kids together. He is a native Arizonan, growing up in the east valley. Outside of the office you will typically find John and Beth attending one of their kids sporting events, finding a new place to camp for the weekend or simply enjoying quite evening indoors watching a movie with each other.
Geoff Garner
Service Advisor
Geoff received his finance degree while playing football at Oregon State University after graduating from Mesa High and serving a mission in Panama. He has 10 years of work experience in finance and investments working as a client advisor on all levels. He brings a wide knowledge and range of skills from his time interacting with clients. Geoff works hard to understand clients goals and needs, and tailoring investments and solutions to fit those needs.
Geoff is married to his beautiful wife Katie, who he met in college. They have 3 girls together. He is a native Arizonan, growing up in Mesa. Outside of the office you will typically find him playing sports, going to the movies, trying good food, and traveling with friends and family. He loves sports and music and spends a lot of time with his wife and kids enjoying activities together.

Tayanna Gittings
Service Advisor
Since entering the financial services industry, Tayanna has gained experience in a variety of roles that have shaped her client-first approach. She now works closely with prospective clients, helping them learn more about our process while feeling welcomed from the very beginning. She enjoys building relationships with clients and is passionate about helping them better understand their options so they can feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Outside of the office, Tayanna enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Louis, and their two kitties, cheering on her younger brothers at their sporting events, and making memories with friends and family. In her free time, she can usually be found planning her next picnic, trying a new restaurant, or cozied up at home with a good TV show.
Hailey McCrea
Customer Service, First Impressions
As our Customer Service representative, Hailey is dedicated to creating an enjoyable and seamless experience for every client who works with us. She brings a detail-oriented approach to her work, supporting both client needs and the business's day-to-day operations.
At Fleming Financial Services, we value building relationships and getting to know the people we serve beyond their financial goals. Hailey shares that philosophy and enjoys connecting with clients, helping them feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with our team.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends. She loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and stay active through hiking and dancing.
Zoe Matson
Marketing Coordinator
Zoe is our Marketing Coordinator and Project Manager, dedicated to enhancing both the client experience and the efficiency of our team. She oversees marketing initiatives, coordinates key projects, streamlines processes, and helps train team members to support the firm's continued growth.
With a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Zoe combines creativity, organization, and strategic thinking to strengthen client relationships, improve operations, and support the firm's mission of helping clients pursue their retirement goals with confidence.
Zoe and her husband, Steve, are the proud parents to three young kids. When she's not working, she loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her family.
