As President, Sean leads a team of dedicated professionals who share his vision of integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. He is passionate about educating clients on financial concepts and fostering long-term relationships that are rooted in trust and collaboration.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, and is actively involved in the local community. As a lifelong resident in Mesa, he remains committed to making a positive impact in both the financial sector and his local community.

With over two decades of experience in both the corporate world and the financial industry, Sean combines a deep understanding of business dynamics with a passion for empowering individuals and families to secure their financial futures.
After earning a degree in business, Sean began his career in the corporate sector, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and client relations. This experience laid the groundwork for his transition into the financial services industry, where he has since dedicated himself to providing comprehensive retirement planning and investment strategies.

Nancy Fleming
Founder, Vice President, CFP

As the founder of Fleming Financial Services, Nancy Fleming is dedicated to providing her clients with clarity and confidence about their financial futures.
In 1987, Nancy found herself a single parent living in East Mesa, where many residents were retirees concerned about making their money last throughout their lifetimes. Many of these individuals had been affected by the Great Depression in their younger years, and Nancy felt a strong sense of kinship with them as a single parent supporting children on her own. This connection fueled her passion for understanding the principles of secure financial planning, both for immediate needs and retirement.
Serena Young
Life Insurance Specialist
Serena is a dedicated and experienced insurance specialist at Fleming Financial Services. Her 22 years in the financial field reflect a deep commitment to understanding and addressing her clients' needs. Serena's personal approach to client service is evident as she values the building one-on-one relationships to better serve her clients. Her passion for helping people plan for their present and future financial security is clearly a key motivator in her work.

When Serena is not serving her clients, she is dedicated to her family, caring for her seven children and husband and two dogs. Whether coaching soccer or spending time outdoors, her love for her family shines through in every aspect of her life. This same passion and commitment extend to her role at Fleming Financial Services, where she brings a personal, caring approach to her client service, ensuring their needs are met with the same dedication she gives to her family.
John Schaub
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, John brings his 15 years of experience in client services from various fields to our team. He is our man behind the scenes making sure our clients have a delightful experience with Fleming Financial Services. He works with our clients to assure that all the necessary documents are obtained and processed quickly so you can rest easy knowing that your retirement plan is in action.
Additionally, John handles our annuity operations, service requests, account inquiries and our client appreciation and educational events. He has a passion for process development and improvement and is always seeking opportunities to make your experience as excellent as possible!

John is married to his beautiful wife Beth and they have 2 kids together. He is a native Arizonan, growing up in the east valley. Outside of the office you will typically find John and Beth attending one of their kids sporting events, finding a new place to camp for the weekend or simply enjoying quite evening indoors watching a movie with each other.
Geoff Garner
Service Advisor
Geoff received his finance degree while playing football at Oregon State University after graduating from Mesa High and serving a mission in Panama. He has 10 years of work experience in finance and investments working as a client advisor on all levels. He brings a wide knowledge and range of skills from his time interacting with clients. Geoff works hard to understand clients goals and needs, and tailoring investments and solutions to fit those needs.
Geoff is married to his beautiful wife Katie, who he met in college. They have 3 girls together. He is a native Arizonan, growing up in Mesa. Outside of the office you will typically find him playing sports, going to the movies, trying good food, and traveling with friends and family. He loves sports and music and spends a lot of time with his wife and kids enjoying activities together.

Sabrina Zitar
Customer Service, First Impressions
Sabrina is the Director of First Impressions at Fleming Financial Services. She was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and has lived around the valley throughout her life. She is passionate in assisting clients to get their needs met, and enjoys learning about the financial world. She recently graduated from ASU with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Outside the office, you can find her spending time with family, her boyfriend and their cats, doing yoga, or at home with a good book.
Zoe Matson
Marketing Coordinator
Zoe is our Marketing Coordinator with a passion for content creation and helping brands grow. With experience in everything from marketing materials and database maintenance to website upkeep, Zoe plays a key role in keeping marketing efforts running smoothly and effectively. She's skilled at creating content that resonates with audiences and supports overall brand strategy.

Zoe earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications and has used her knowledge and creativity to enhance branding and marketing initiatives. Over the years, she has built expertise in delivering projects that drive results and help businesses connect with their customers.

Outside of work, Zoe is a proud mom to two young kids, Delaney (3) and Dax (1). When she's not working, she loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her family.
